This workshop explores practical, compassionate ways to support LGBTQIA+ clients, addressing challenges shaped by trauma, family dynamics, and societal prejudice. Participants will gain tools and insights to create affirming, culturally sensitive therapeutic spaces.

Techniques like imagery rescripting and limited reparenting to meet unmet emotional needs.

Supportive & Hands-On: Role plays, demonstrations, and case discussions tailored to LGBTQIA+ experiences in a small, nonjudgmental group.

The course is open to all mental health practitioners who are currently working with or interested in working with LGBTQ+ clients. No prior experience with Schema Therapy is necessary.
