Sociocultural Implications in the Development of Early Maladaptive Schemas in Adolescents Belonging to Sexual and Gender Minorities

I acknowledge the Gadigal people of the Eora nation, Traditional Custodians of the land where I live and work. Recognizing that sovereignty over this land, and across Australia, was never ceded by the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander People, I bear witness to their resilience, diversity, and honour the Elders, past, present, and enduring.

I extend my deep respect to the Queer elders who have paved the way before us, whose unwavering strength and compassion provide the foundation upon which we now stand.
